Herbers Site Update

We're making a few changes to our website in the next few weeks to make accessing your documents a little easier.  The biggest change you'll notice already is at the login portal. (see below)

Automated Password Resets

In the past, if you've forgotten your password, the only way to change it would be to call in to us.  

Now an email will be sent so you can change your forgotten password if we're unavailable.

This added feature only works if we have an email for you in our system.  If you still need set up with an account, please call us and we can get you started.  

Document Order

The second change that will be live soon is reordering the document lists on the site.  The most recent documents will now be at the top of the list instead of clear down at the bottom.  This should help speed up your searches for the most recent and pertinent maps for the crop year.

New Document Notifications

The last improvement that we are adding is an email notification of new document uploads.  If any new maps, crop insurance documents or other items are uploaded, you will receive an email with a summary of what has been added that day.

We will continue to improve the website and would appreciate input on any features that you'd like to see in the future.
